The contracts process.

Phase one – Survey & Design
A thorough inspection and analysis is the starting point for every project. In consultation with the customer, our design engineers gather and assess all relevant data. Every effort is made to ensure that we meet each of our customers requirements. Once the survey is complete our design team sets to work paying attention to the smallest detail. Precision, planning and performance are the hallmarks of a good irrigation system, at Watermation (2000) our designers are the best in the industry.
Phase two – installation
“Installation without aggravation” is not just a slogan at Watermation (2000) but a code of practice. Our installation teams provide a smooth, efficient disruption free service. Particular importance is placed on minimising turf damage by using specially designed and adapted mole plough machines.

 

Phase three – after sales service & maintenance
The maintenance department at Watermation (2000) is second to none. Our network of maintenance engineers are always available to answer your queries. Offer advice or rectify any faults which may occur. With a wealth of training behind them, they are the best in the industry.
